Shipping Policy
Keep in mind, I am a small biz, and its just little ol’ me creating the art, processing orders, packaging and shipping orders. I will do my best to get your order to you as quickly as I can, because I really WANT you to get your order and be able to enjoy it as soon as possible.
But I need to make a disclaimer just in case life gets in the way…All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

We offer flat rate shipping within Canada via Canada Post.
12" Vinyl Record shipping flat rate - C$25
Dotting Supplies shipping flat rate - C$15
Free shipping within Canada for orders over $300.

Shipping Outside of Canada via Canada Post
USA only at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dot Painting with Paula Sword is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your artwork or supplies purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us with any questions.

If you are still not satisfied, we support a 14-day return policy, effective from the day you receive your product.

To return your item(s) contact us at customersupportdpps@gmail.com. Your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all packing materials undamaged. You will also need to return the original receipt.

If your items are qualified for a return, we will provide further information on how to proceed.
If you send an item without contacting us and/or before receiving a qualified return acknowledgement, your item will not be accepted for refund.

If you package was damaged during transit, you must contact the shipping company directly.

Exceptions:
Custom Orders cannot be returned.
Used products or products damaged after receiving will not be accepted for return.
Sale items will not be accepted for return.
